Texting Fix

Your business texts got rejected. We fix what the carrier flagged.

For a rejected campaign on Twilio, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, GoHighLevel or a similar tool.

What you get

We fix the wording and web form issues tied to your rejection. You paste in the kit and resubmit the campaign. We never sign in to your texting account.

  • Opt-in code for your web form.

The box is unchecked by default. It states message types, how often you text, "Msg & data rates may apply," and "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

  • Clear privacy wording.

It states that you never share or sell mobile numbers or opt-in data.

  • An SMS terms section.

Texting terms for your website, with message types, frequency, rates, STOP, HELP and support details.

  • A matched campaign rewrite.

We rewrite your campaign description, opt-in steps and sample texts to fit the rejection reason.

  • A one-page change note.

See what we changed and why, with steps to update your website and resubmit.

  • One free redo.

Ask within 30 days of kit delivery if the same campaign is rejected again for a reason this kit covers.

What's not included

  • Guaranteed approval.

Carriers make the final call. Their review can take days or weeks.

  • Legal advice.

We fix technical formatting. We do not advise on texting law.

  • First-time registration.

Your texting platform handles that step.

  • Your login.

We never sign in to your texting account. You resubmit the campaign.

Not eligible

We do not take third-party lead generation (selling leads to other businesses), affiliate marketing, debt collection, cannabis or CBD, gambling, or firearms. These are our service exclusions. We also decline content carriers ban.

A business texting its own leads is not excluded by the third-party lead rule.

We review all rejection reasons before work starts. If any reason is outside this kit, we refund the order in full before work. You can reorder once those issues are fixed.

If your business is in an excluded group, we refund you in full before any work starts.

How it works

  1. Pay the fixed price.

Check the full list of excluded work first. Stripe handles the payment.

  2. Send the details.

Use the form to send your website, texting platform, rejection message and current campaign text. A screenshot is fine.

  3. Paste in your kit.

We send it by email. You make the changes and resubmit.

Questions, answered

Will this get me approved?

We fix the issues the carrier flagged that this kit covers. The carrier makes the final call. We cannot promise approval.

How long does carrier review take?

It can take days or weeks. Each carrier and texting platform sets its own review time. Our delivery time covers your fix kit, not their review.

Do you need my login?

No. We never sign in to your texting account. You paste in the kit and resubmit.

What if it gets rejected again?

You get one free redo within 30 days of kit delivery if the same campaign is rejected for a reason this kit covers. Send us the new rejection note.

What's your refund policy?

If your business is not eligible, we refund you in full before work starts. We do not refund carrier decisions after delivery. If we made a mistake, we fix it free.
