What you buy

Each service has a fixed price and scope. Read the Email Fix or Texting Fix page before paying. The product page states what is included and what is not. Stripe handles payment. The business named above fulfills the work by hand.

When the clock starts

Your kit is due within two business days of confirmed payment and a complete intake form. We need all details that affect the work. We will ask if something is missing. Carrier review time and DNS updates are outside our delivery time.

Your role

Give us correct details and list all senders covered by an email order. You or your web person make the supplied DNS changes, unless you choose to grant temporary DNS access. You paste in a texting kit and resubmit your own campaign. We never sign in to your texting account.

Texting scope

The texting fix addresses a rejected campaign’s web opt-in, privacy wording, SMS terms, campaign description, opt-in steps and sample messages. It includes a change note and resubmission steps. It does not include first-time registration, your account login, legal advice or guaranteed approval.

We do not take third-party lead generation that sells leads to other businesses, affiliate marketing, debt collection, cannabis or CBD, gambling, or firearms. These are our service exclusions. We also decline content carriers ban. This rule does not exclude a business simply for texting its own leads.

We review all rejection reasons before work starts. If any reason is outside this kit, we refund the order in full before work. You can reorder once those issues are fixed.

You get one free redo if the same campaign is rejected again for a reason the kit covers. Ask within 30 days of delivery.

Email scope

The email fix covers one domain on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, plus up to two other senders named on your form. Within 2 business days of confirmed payment and a complete intake form, we send a kit with a check of your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. It includes the exact DNS changes and steps for your DNS host. It also has steps to turn on DKIM in your Microsoft 365 or Google admin page. Only you can do that step. DMARC starts in monitor-only mode.

After you make the changes and send the test emails we ask for, we send real before-and-after results and a one-page report within 1 business day.

If we don’t get your test emails within 30 days, we send your report from a DNS check and close the order.

It does not include cold email or bulk marketing setups, mailbox moves, unnamed senders, or moving DMARC to quarantine or reject. It does not promise inbox placement. If a named sender still fails, ask for one free follow-up fix within 14 days of the report.

Refunds and mistakes

If we don’t get your form within 30 days, we refund you and close the order. You can ask for a refund any time before you send the form.

• If you are not eligible, we give a full refund before work starts.
• After delivery, we do not give refunds for decisions made by carriers or mailbox providers.
• If we made a mistake, we fix it free.

Outside decisions

Carriers make final campaign decisions. Reviews can take days or weeks. Mail providers decide where to place mail. Content and sender reputation affect that choice. Passing DNS or message checks does not promise inbox placement.

No legal advice

We provide technical work and wording for that work. We do not provide legal advice. You remain responsible for your messages, consent and business practices.

Governing law

Michigan law governs these terms. The owner must review these terms before launch.
