Who this covers

This policy covers the business named at the top of this page and its email and texting fix services.

What we collect

Our outside intake forms ask for your name, email, website or domain, and the details needed for your fix. For texting, this may include a rejection screenshot, campaign text and opt-in steps. For email, this may include your mail service, named senders, DNS records and test messages.

We also keep order emails and the work we send you. Do not send your mailbox password, texting account password, patient records or other private customer details. Remove private details from screenshots and test messages where you can.

Why we use it

We use these details to check the scope, complete your order, send your kit, answer questions and make covered fixes. If you choose to grant temporary DNS access, use the least access needed. Revoke it when the work ends.

Payments and forms

Stripe handles payment details. We do not collect your card number on this site. Stripe sends us order details needed to fulfill your order.

Your intake form is hosted by an outside form provider. That provider processes the data you send through its form. The form opens on the provider’s site. Review the privacy policy shown there before you submit.

Site analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics when hosted in production on Vercel. It uses no cookies. We use page-level traffic reports to understand site use. We add no other trackers.

Sharing and sale

We never sell your data. We do not share it for ads or third-party marketing. Payment, form, email and hosting providers process the information needed to run the service. We do not share your order details for unrelated uses.

For texting work, our supplied privacy wording says mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared or sold. We do not sell or share those details for marketing.

Ask us to delete data

Use the email link below to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your order data. Include the email used for your order. We may need to confirm the request and keep records needed for tax, billing or other legal duties.
