Invoices landing in junk? We fix your email authentication.

For one domain on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

What you get

One domain, plus up to two other services that send as you. Name each sender on the form. These can include QuickBooks or a newsletter tool.

Within 2 business days of confirmed payment and a complete intake form:

  • A check of your current SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.

  • The exact DNS records to add or change, ready to paste, with steps for your DNS host. You or your web person paste them in. If you'd rather, you can give us temporary DNS access.

  • Steps to turn on DKIM in your Microsoft 365 or Google admin page. Only you can click this one, so we show you exactly where.

  • DMARC starts in monitor-only mode, so nothing breaks.

After you make the changes and send the test emails we ask for:

  • Before-and-after test results from real messages, within 1 business day.

  • A one-page handoff report.

  • One free follow-up fix within 14 days of the report if one of your named senders still fails.

If we don't get your test emails within 30 days, we send your report from a DNS check and close the order.

What's not included

  • An inbox promise.

    Mail content and sender reputation also matter. Passing these checks does not promise inbox placement.

  • Cold email or bulk marketing setups.

    This service fixes the senders in your order.

  • Mailbox moves.

    Your mail stays with your current mail service.

  • Unnamed senders.

    We fix the senders you list. Finding every unknown sender is outside this scope.

  • A stricter DMARC policy.

    Moving to quarantine or reject is a later step.

    We email your kit within 2 business days of confirmed payment and a complete form. Make the changes and send the test emails we ask for. We send the results and report within 1 business day.

Questions, answered

Will my email break?

We start DMARC in monitor-only mode. That policy does not block mail. We check the changes and test real messages. No DNS change is free of all risk.

Do you need my password?

We do not need your mailbox password. You can paste in the DNS records yourself. Temporary DNS access is optional.

What's DMARC, in plain words?

DMARC tells mail services how to check who sent mail as your domain. It uses the SPF and DKIM checks. Monitor-only mode asks for reports without telling them to block mail.

How long until it works?

We send your kit within 2 business days of confirmed payment and a complete form. DNS changes can take time to show up. After you make the changes and send the test emails we ask for, we send real before-and-after results and your report within 1 business day.

What's your refund policy?

If your order is not eligible, we refund it in full before work starts. We do not refund mailbox-provider decisions after delivery. If we made a mistake, we fix it free.
